What is the return policy?
As the customised lucky spoons are made-to-order items, we do not accept returns without a valid reason.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods in any way, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue for you. Please refrain from filing an unjustified refund request. Thank you.
Should your package be damaged during delivery,you must provide an unboxing video– we will offer a refund of up to 70% of the purchase price based on the extent of the damage.No refund will be provided if an unboxing video is not submitted.
If the package shows as lost in delivery, please provide us with the relevant loss information, and we will offer a full refund.
After-sales issues reported more than 48 hours following receipt of the goods will not be addressed. Therefore, please confirm the receipt of your package promptly. Should you encounter any problems, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

When will my package be shipped?
It will take a maximum of 72 hours from the confirmation of your order to our dispatch of the goods.
When will I get my order?
Under normal customs clearance, most of our packages aredelivered within 10-16 days, with the majority arriving around
14 days.
Shipping is faster to regions with convenient international transport, and may take longer for remote.
When will my packing video be posted on TikTok?
If you purchased a packing video, it is usually posted 1-4 days after your order.
